Jim Coleman

Chief Executive Officer, Erlanger
Jim Coleman Jr. serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Erlanger Health System, a position he assumed in July 2022. His extensive career in healthcare management spans over three decades, beginning at Erlanger, where he held various leadership roles. These include Director of Respiratory Care and Special Services, Director of Quality Management, and Vice President of Planning and Decision Support. Before returning to Erlanger, Mr. Coleman was President and CEO of Alliant Management Services, a healthcare management firm based in Louisville, Kentucky. He also served as Senior Vice President of Southeast Hospital Operations for a national rural hospital management company, overseeing facilities across multiple states. Additionally, he held senior management roles at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) for a decade, including Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO for Parkridge Valley Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Mr. Coleman's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Management and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, both from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to operational excellence, strategic growth, and community-focused healthcare delivery.

Chris Cosby

Chief Executive Officer, Parkridge Heath System

Chris Cosby is the Chief Executive Officer of Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, Tennessee, a role is assumed in April 2023. With over 18 years of healthcare leadership experience, he oversees operations across Parkridge's six care sites. Before joining Parkridge, Mr. Cosby served as CEO of Saint Francis Healthcare System in Memphis, part of Tenet Healthcare, where he focused on enhancing employee culture, physician engagement, and patient satisfaction. His prior roles include CEO of Poinciana Medical Center in Kissimmee, Florida, and COO of Doctors Hospital of Augusta, Georgia, both under HCA Healthcare. He also held assistant CEO positions at multiple facilities within Community Health Systems. Mr. Cosby holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Auburn University and dual master's degrees in healthcare Administration and Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in professional and community boards, including the Tennessee Hospital Association and the Germantown Schools Foundation.
 

James williams 

Market Chief Operating Officer, CHI Memorial
James Williams joined CHI Memorial in May 2024 as the Market COO. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the health system. Prior to joining CHI Memorial, Mr. Williams served as Chief Administrative Office at Rochester Regional Health in Rochester, New York. In this role, he led key service lines including oncology, palliative medicine, emergency medicine, surgery, and gastroenterology. He collaborated closely with medical and nursing leaders to manage operations across numerous ambulatory sites and six cancer center locations, overseeing operational and capital budgets exceeding $180 million. His strategic planning efforts focused on service line growth and physician recruitment and retention initiatives. Additionally, Mr. Williams championed performance improvement and lean projects to enhance operational efficiency and ambulatory access, while also developing and implementing quality improvement plans like accreditation programs. Earlier in his career, Mr. Williams help leadership positions at Presence Health and Deloitte Consulting, where he led performance improvement initiatives and collaborated with clients to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities. Mr. Williams holds a Master of Health Service Administration degree from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. At CHI Memorial, Mr. Williams applies his extensive experience to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient care.

Andrea White

Chief Executive Officer, Kindred Hospital

Andrea White is the Chief Executive Officer of Kindred Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee, a position she has held since April 2018. In this role, she leads the long-term acute care facility, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and operational excellence. Before joining Kindred, Ms. White served as Chief Executive Officer at Select Specialty Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, from 2012 to 2018. Her leadership there was marked by initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and streamline hospital operations. From 2008 to 2012, Ms. White was the Administrative Director of Business Planning and Administration at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. In this capacity, she was responsible for strategic planning and administrative oversight, contributing to the center’s growth and efficiency. Earlier in her career, Ms. White held the position of Quality Coordinator and Administrative Resident at Williamson Medical Center, also in Tennessee, from 2006 to 2008. Her work there involved implementing quality improvement programs and supporting administrative functions. Ms. White holds a degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a dedication to enhancing healthcare delivery and fostering collaborative environments within the institutions she has served.
